Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing us at avisheehsarkar.as@gmail.com.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 7 days.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable).

• The item is not damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.

• Items that have been opened or used and cannot be exchanged due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

• Products that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns for refunds. We only offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Process

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the product back for exchange unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
